The journey begins in the rose fields, where you will witness the traditional rose-picking ritual, led by the Rose Queen — a beautiful reenactment of a centuries-old practice set among blooming gardens. In the city center, the celebration continues with the festive parade — a colorful procession of music, costumes, and floral displays that brings the streets to life. Stone Villages of the Rhodopes – Kovachevitsa & Leshten Day Tour Step back in time and discover two of Bulgaria's most authentic architectural treasures – the villages of Kovachevitsa and Leshten, nestled in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains.
