Hi, nice to meet you!
My grandfather was born in Bulgaria in 1930, and thanks to him I hold Bulgarian citizenship. A few years ago I decided to use it and move to Sofia. Today I live here and build MakeYourTravel from here. Every page on this site, every supplier that appears on it and every booking that comes in passes through me.
Every host, operator and driver is checked by us personally before going live. A supplier who does not meet the requirements does not go up. If something goes wrong in the middle of your trip, there is someone to turn to, here in Sofia. Not a call centre in another country and not a form to leave behind. The price, the policy, the cancellation terms and the full details appear before payment, not after.
We are a young, fresh company with a clear vision. Some of our processes are still done by hand. We would rather say that up front than promise more than we can deliver, until the moment you feel comfortable and familiar enough to know that this is the safe place to reach local operators. It is a personal commitment to make sure you have someone behind you, that you are in safe hands, and that you can plan your holiday with complete peace of mind.
