Welcome to the MakeYourTravel website (hereinafter: the "Website"). The Website is operated by AROYO BRACHA LTD, a company duly registered in the Republic of Bulgaria (hereinafter: the "Company").

Use of the Website, its content, and the services offered therein is conditioned upon your full acceptance of these Terms. Browsing the Website and/or placing an order constitutes agreement to these Terms without any limitation or reservation.

2.1. Company status: The Company acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and independent tourism service providers, including but not limited to: hotels, airlines, transportation companies, local guides, and activity organizers (hereinafter: the "Suppliers").

2.2. The Company does not organize vacation packages and is not a provider of the tourism services themselves; it merely provides coordination, information display, and referral services.

2.3. The customer acknowledges that the contractual engagement for the provision of tourism services is made directly between the customer and the relevant Supplier, subject to that Supplier's terms and conditions.

3.1. Placing an order through the Website constitutes a request for intermediary services.

3.2. A binding contract for the provision of tourism services is created only after receiving written confirmation from the Supplier and completion of payment in accordance with their requirements.

3.3. The Company is not a party to the agreement between the customer and the Supplier and is not responsible for the actual delivery of the service.

4.1. Prices displayed on the Website are based on information provided by the Suppliers and may change until final confirmation.

4.2. The Company may charge a brokerage fee, which will be included in the displayed price or indicated separately.

4.3. Processing fee: Payment is made at the time of booking. A processing fee of 2% is a direct cost charged by credit card companies and is non-refundable in any case of transaction cancellation.

4.4. The Company is not responsible for price changes, levies, or local taxes required by Suppliers or authorities in Bulgaria.

5.1. Cancellation, change, and refund terms are determined exclusively by the relevant Supplier. These terms are unique to bookings made through MakeYourTravel as part of the Company's agreements with its Suppliers.

5.2. Without derogating from the above, the Company offers a flexible policy for certain services (unless otherwise stated on the product page):

Hotels: Cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in at no charge (excluding processing fee).

Guided tours and excursions: Cancellation up to 7 days before the service - full refund (excluding processing fee). Cancellation less than 7 days before - only 30% refund of tour cost.

Attractions: Cancellation up to 5 days before the service - full refund (excluding processing fee). Cancellation less than 5 days before - 50% cancellation fee.

5.3. The customer declares awareness that some tourism services (such as flights or special events) may be non-cancellable, and cancellation fees may amount to 100%.

6.1. The Company is responsible solely for the reasonable and professional execution of its intermediary role.

6.2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from:

• The quality of services provided by the Suppliers.
• Cancellations, delays, or schedule changes by Suppliers.
• Bodily injury, death, loss of property, or distress (including during adventure activities/treks).
• Force majeure events (war, pandemic, strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.).

6.3. Any legal claim regarding the execution of the services themselves shall be directed to the relevant Supplier.

7.1. Insurance obligation: It is the customer's sole responsibility to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for abroad, including medical coverage, luggage, trip cancellation/shortening, rescue, and extreme sports (where relevant). The Company shall not be liable for damage that could have been covered by insurance.

7.2. Medical fitness: The participant declares that their health and physical condition are suitable for the booked activity. A field guide may terminate a customer's participation if, in their professional opinion, continuing the activity endangers the customer or the group, without monetary refund.

8.1. All content on the Website (images, routes, logos, code) is the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied without written permission.

8.2. Customer details will be stored in the Company's databases for order operation purposes only. The customer agrees to receive promotional and marketing communications and may unsubscribe at any time.

9.1. These Terms of Use and all activity on the Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

9.2. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is vested in the competent courts in Bulgaria.

9.3. The Website is operated from Bulgaria and is not exclusively or territorially intended for residents of any other specific country.
