A restored 1900s villa by the sea, five rooms, adults only

Built around 1900 for the French and Belgian specialists who came to build Burgas port, and later bought by the pharmacist Iliya Zurkov, this two storey house is now a listed monument restored in French Art Nouveau style. It has just five rooms for adults only, plus a sauna, a gym, a lounge with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen and a garden patio, 50 metres from the sea. Made for a romantic break, and since it sleeps up to 10, it also suits a small group of friends.
