HillHouse is a guest house in a protected 19th century home on Saborna Street, rebuilt from its archive plans and open to guests since 2019. It stands right at the gateway to the Old Town, about 100 metres from Kapana, 150 metres from the Roman Stadium and 200 metres from the Ancient Theatre, on a lane that sees very few cars. Breakfast is always included, and the underground wine cellar hosts tastings when booked ahead.
