The guide was very knowledgeable and demonstrated a lot of knowledge, but unfortunately, the experience of the tour was significantly affected by her conduct. This is a long tour of 3 hours and is not cheap at all, and despite that, the value for the price was disappointing. We were a small group of only four people, but throughout the way, the guide did not stop or wait for all of us to gather, except for a few rare occasions. Most of the time she engaged in a personal conversation with one participant and ignored the others. I felt lost and had to really chase after her to manage to hear the explanations. Additionally, it is important to note that the high price did not include entry to the synagogue, which required an additional fee. It's a shame because the knowledge is there, but the approach and value for the price need improvement.
