Partner program terms

1Who we are and what the program is

MakeYourTravel is operated by AROYO BRACHA LTD, Petar Parchevich 29, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria (we, us, MakeYourTravel). The partner program lets a venue (you) show MakeYourTravel QR codes to its guests. When a guest scans one of your codes and later books a transfer, tour or experience on MakeYourTravel, you earn a commission on that booking.

You refer guests. You do not sell anything on our behalf, you do not take payments for us, and you are not our agent, employee or supplier. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership or a joint venture.

The program is free to join. It is not exclusive: you may take part in other programs, and we work with other venues.

2Joining and approval

You apply at makeyourtravell.com/partners/register. You must be entitled to bind the business you sign up, and the details you give must be true and kept up to date in your dashboard.

We review every application by hand and may accept or decline it without giving a reason. Your codes stay locked until we approve you. We may ask for documents that show the business exists and that the payout account belongs to it.

One application covers one business. Extra branches of the same business are added in the dashboard and share the same codes and the same payout account.

3Your codes and how a booking is attributed

After approval you get four QR codes linked to your venue, one for each spot: the menu, a table flyer, the receipt and your WiFi page. Every code opens www.makeyourtravell.com/v/ followed by your code. You may not change what a code points to, shorten it, or print a code we did not issue.

How, where and in what design you show the codes is your decision. We do not supply table displays or printed material; we supply the codes and keep them linked to you.

A booking counts as yours when the guest scanned one of your codes and booked on MakeYourTravel within 90 days on the same device and browser. If the guest scanned the codes of more than one venue, the venue scanned last before the booking gets it.

Our records decide attribution. Scans, bookings and payouts are shown in your dashboard. We do not share the personal data of guests with you.

Attribution needs the guest to keep our cookie. A guest who clears it, blocks it or books on another device cannot be attributed, and no commission is owed on such a booking.

4Commission

Your commission is 5% of the amount the guest pays MakeYourTravel for an attributed booking. Where a guest pays a deposit online and the rest in cash to the host, the commission is calculated on the deposit only.

Commission is earned once the host has confirmed the booking and the payment is final. If a booking is cancelled, declined by the host, refunded or charged back, the commission on it falls away. If we already paid it, we set it off against your next payout.

Commission is stated in euro and includes VAT. We send you a statement of the commission earned each month. Where the law requires an invoice, you issue it to us on the basis of that statement.

We may change the commission rate for future bookings with 30 days notice by email. Bookings attributed before the change keep the rate that applied when they were made.

5Payouts

We pay the commission earned in a calendar month on or about the first day of the following month, by Stripe Connect or by bank transfer to the account you gave us. Amounts under €20 roll over to the next month.

• Stripe Connect: you complete the Stripe onboarding through the link we send after approval. The Stripe terms apply to that account.
• Bank transfer: you give us the account holder, the IBAN and the SWIFT or BIC of an account in the name of your business. We cover the cost of a standard SEPA transfer; other bank charges are yours.

Keep your payout details current. We are not responsible for a payout sent to details you gave us that were wrong or out of date. We may hold a payout while we check activity that looks unusual.

6What you agree to do, and not to do

• Show the codes where guests can actually scan them, and keep the code itself exactly as we issued it; everything around it is yours to design.
• Do not present yourself as MakeYourTravel, and do not make promises on our behalf.
• Do not charge guests for scanning a code or for booking with us.
• Do not scan your own codes, book for yourself, your staff or your relatives to earn commission, or arrange bookings that are not real.
• Do not use the codes in unsolicited messages, in paid advertising or on websites without our written consent.
• Comply with the laws that apply to your business, and keep the details you gave us true.

If we find abuse, we may cancel the affected commission, withhold payouts, and end the program for you without notice.

7Brand

You design and produce whatever carries the codes. If you use our name or logo on it, use them as we provide them and only for the program. You keep the rights to your own name and logo.

We may name your venue and show your logo as a partner venue on MakeYourTravel and in our marketing, unless you tell us not to.

8Data and privacy

We process the contact and payout details you give us to run the program: to review your application, to pay you and to support you. Our privacy policy at makeyourtravell.com/privacy explains how we handle personal data and the rights you have.

We do not give you the personal data of guests. Your dashboard shows counts and amounts only.

9Ending the program

You may leave at any time by email to partners@makeyourtravell.com. We may end your participation at any time with 14 days notice, or immediately if you break these terms.

When it ends, your codes stop working, you take down the materials, and we pay any commission earned up to that day at the next payout date.

10Liability

The program is provided as it is. We do not promise any number of scans or bookings, and the platform may be unavailable at times.

Our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commission we paid you in the 12 months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for lost profit or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We email the changes to your contact address at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep taking part after that date, you accept them. If you do not agree, end your participation before that date.

12Law, disputes and language

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us; most questions are settled by email within a few days.

These terms are written in English. If we give you a translation, the English text prevails.
